Although I do not follow Dr. Sebi practices entirely. I do support and respect his work.

He won his Brooklyn Supreme Court Case in 1988.

Dr. Sebi  lived in Honduras. Your local environment works just as good. The issue i see people get caught up on is trying to do everything exactly his way. His purpose was to show you that there was a different way. Alkaline diets are good but our human bodies are acidic in nature. His nutritional guide was intended for those who have already reached alkalinity within their bodies as a maintenance guide. His list of foods are carbon based and have higher mineral content and alkalinity than that of a simple vegan diet.

Fasting is key in his healing process.

His views on starch foods also differ from mine. Starch is a sugar at its core but I feel some starches like potatoes are the number one vegetable crop in America and are a staple in typical households across the world. They do have nutritional value. Most people unfortunately do like them more fried, as hashbrowns or french fries which is why the nutritional value goes down. If they are steamed or baked, or even scalloped they keep way more of their positive effects.

The goal should be to create homeostasis within our bodies and communities. My goal is to give you the information to clear up the doubt created by the meat and dairy industries and help you to heal yourself from this unbalanced and unhealthy mentality!

He not only supported veganism, he supported a healthy humanity, beyond just being vegan.

The point is that is work is proven and we have to look at the facts. Once we learn there is a better way, we must change for the sake of any future we plan to have or provide for our children.

Make the lifestyle change today! Get to know your food, and if it is not plant based, it is not for human consumption!
